ABOUT ME |
Hello, thanks for checking out my page.
Learning is fun. This simple statement explains why I became a teacher. This is my 1st year at Livermore Elementary, and to say I'm excited is an understatement. This is a unique school and I am honored to be teaching here. This is my 4th year as a PSD teacher and 11th in education. I was born in New York and started my family in Northern Virginia, in the shadow of Washington, D.C. This is where my two sons were born and my career as a teacher started. My wife took a transfer to Fort Collins 3 years ago and we haven't looked back. My classroom is a place where students care, take risks, laugh, smile, and learn that a challenge or mistake will lead to real learning. The students will work in groups as much as possible and we will be going on field trips to enhance our learning. Communication with parents is vital at this age. You can expect weekly updates via email. I am always an email, [email protected] or phone 9704886520 call away. No question is too small. Outside of teaching my family loves hockey, football, lacrosse, hiking, live rock music, fly fishing, kayaking, board games, and relaxing. I will be coaching two youth hockey teams this year. 2017-2018 will prove to be a great year. As I start my career as a mountain teacher I can safely state that I will look no further than this school. I am here to stay. |
